You’re Not A Math Answer, Girl!

You’re not a math answer. So STOP adding. Okay?!

I feel it has to be said.

It’s not the counting, Gorgeous, that leads to weight loss. It’s not the restriction. It’s not the insane self-discipline.

It’s simply choosing more beautiful food. It’s  loving yourself enough to actually eat like you care. It’s being abundant with the amount of food we have available to us every day that IS amazingly healthy.

It’s pre-planning if that’s what you need. It’s bringing lunch along if that’s what you need. It’s eating your salad out of a blender (SMOOTHIE!!) if you’ll drink it that way.

It’s doing what YOU need to do, and knowing YOU CAN and WILL get there.

You’re on the right path.

It’s not about the calorie-counting.

It’s about you knowing you’re awesome, worthy, fierce and amazing. And knowing that you’re absolutely worth taking care of.
