An AWESOME Breakfast Smoothie (from Periscope #SmoothieParties)

Hey guys! Welcome to the #SmoothieParty!

If you’re not sure what that is, or you haven’t heard of me doing them before, I make different smoothies live-streamed on an app called Periscope every weekday morning at 8 am Eastern. I also answer some health questions, and sometimes (as today) try to learn new languages 🙂

This was a particularly awesome smoothie party on Periscope, so I wanted to share it out with you! There are a bunch of health tips thrown in here, as well as, of course, an awesome-tasting (drinking it now 🙂 ) smoothie recipe.
