The 7-Day Pre-Event Plan For Looking Fabulous in That Tight Dress [No Spanx Required :)]

Hey Gorgeous!

Nathalie here, and I am WAY over the moon excited for a San Francisco wedding Christopher and I just booked our flights for!

Which inspired me to answer a question I get all the time, “how can I do a little pre-event slim-down?”

Now, keep in mind that while the general rules in here are completely awesome for weight loss in general, they’re specific to losing bloat and reducing inflammation. Going long-term doing what’s in this video can be fantastic, but you may find you need some help with your diet to nutritionally replace what you’re now moving forward without.

These are the steps I use (and LOVE gosh they make a huge difference – you’ll be AMAZED if you follow through) for events all the time. And you bet when I go wedding dress shopping this May, I’ll have followed these tips for a week before the date!

So, let’s jump in! Here are my tips:

If you loved this video write me a comment below. Also jump back here when you’ve tried it out, and tell me your AMAZEMENT with how slim you looked in that dress.

Happiness and the last few days of cold weather (from Canada 🙂 )

PS – This isn’t to say women should or should not be any kind of size, shape, etc. It’s to say if YOU want to slim down for an event, awesome-sauce, here’s a healthy way to do that.

  1. Great ideas nathalie! Thanks for the tips. dairy and gluten make a huge difference in my shape – as does sugar, too! I’ll keep the juicing in mind for next time I might need an extra nudge. 🙂

  2. Thanks so much Jennifer! They make SUCH a difference for me, too!

And juicing definitely helps for those tight type of pin skirts or flat tummy dresses Spanx-free! Works every time!

Thanks for your beautiful comment! <3
