The Feel-Good Way To Nail Your Goals

I felt SOO compelled to share this with you today, because it’s something I’ve found recently that has COMPLETELY changed my ability to go after my goals – HUGE.

You might not know this about me, but working out always felt like a HUGE struggle. I didn’t know WHY I was dragging my feet to do it, and I kept trying to talk myself into it, “but it feels so good when I do it!”…

No dice.

A lot of the reasons (fairly behind the scenes), that I signed up for the wild races I’ve done (the marathon, a colour bomb 5k, the Tough Mudders), is because once I committed to doing them, I had no choice but to work out. I either did, or I was *screwed*. And while the 5k was something I could have swung (and in part, I did), the other races are not something you can just *wing*. They’re too hardcore.

When I found the first part of this exercise through Kat Loterzo (somebody I find incredibly inspiring), I resisted doing it for about an hour.

And when I finally DID complete it, I was ASTOUNDED at what I’d found, and I’ve been working out with love, and with no race signups in sight, nearly every day since (Girl, you need a recovery day every once in a while for those glorious muscles of yours 😉 ).

What I hope for you, is that you either find it AS powerful as I did, or a million times MORE powerful.
